What is a TIMELINE!?

Define what a timeline is on a piece of looseleaf paper!

When constructing a timeline, we use our math skills to arrange information in numerical order (also known as chronological order).

HOME ACTIVITY!

Create a timeline about YOUR LIFE!

The timeline should begin with your birth and end with the present day. Include as many important dates as you would like! Be creative and have fun when creating your timeline!

Activity will be due Friday, April 27, 2012.

Modified instruction to enrich learning is highlighted in yellow.

Standards:

MA.A.5.3.1: The student uses concepts about numbers, including primes, factors, and multiples, to build number sequences.
